dc.description.abstract2012 sees the launch of a new publishing initiative from Oxford University Press, Oxford Scholarly Editions Online (OSEO), the first phase in publishing online the complete text of more than 150 scholarly editions of material written between 1485 and 1660. The site will launch with editions of works dating from the Renaissance and early seventeenth century, including Shakespeare’s plays, poetry by John Donne, and the letters of Thomas Hobbes. It will be updated over a number of years to ultimately include all of Oxford’s front-list of scholarly editions.en_AU
